GM picks Chevy Bolt team leader to shepherd electric vehicle launches

(Photo: John F. Martin for Chevrolet) Less than two weeks after General Motors announced a plan to roll out 20 electric vehicles by 2023, the automaker has named an executive to lead the effort. Pamela Fletcher, who led the team that launched the Chevrolet Bolt, was announced today as the vice president of global electric vehicle programs, a newly created position, according to a GM news release.
