Indian-origin researcher designs ultrathin films that may help power IoT systems

The rapid pace at which the Internet of Things segment is expanding will require nano-scale hardware architechture that involves miniaturising the transistors in computer chips and huge amounts of energy to store the vast amounts of data that will be generated. An Indian-origin researcher in Finland is working to overcome both these problems.
